Specializes in local economic development, regulatory policy, small and medium business development, and advocacy.

He is engaged in legal support and advising of local governments. Taras is a coach of regulatory policy and advocacy. He is a teacher at School of Public Management UCU and an expert of implementation of Prozorro. Sales system. Furthermore, he is an adviser to the Mayor of Chervonohrad in the framework of the program "Anti-Corruption Initiative of the European Union in Ukraine" (EUACI).

Taras graduated from law faculty of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and he got master's degree by graduating from School of Public Management UCU, public administration program. Besides, he graduated from EECMD Democracy School. He was working at the Department of Investment Policy of Lviv Regional State Administration and School of Public Management UCU. In addition, he used to me an advisor to the East Europe Foundation under the USAID Leadership in Economic Governance (LEV) Program in the time of creation of the Lviv Regulatory Hub initiative. Moreover, he graduated from The Leadership Academy for Development (LAD) based at the Center for Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law (CDDRL) with participation of Francis Fukuyama and Michael A. McFaul. Finally, he is a graduate of "Good governance" program the Aspen Institute Kyiv and an expert in global Ukrainian network U-Plan in the field of regulatory policy.

Kateryna Shuvarska

Graduated from the Faculty of International Relations at the Lazarski University (Warsaw), the School of Democracy of the Eastern European Center for Multiparty Democracy, the Good Governance Program of UCU School of Public Administration and the Good Leaders for Good Governance Program of the Leadership Center, Lviv Business School, and School of Public Administration UCU.

Worked in Western Ukrainian office of the European Business Association. Was an involved expert of Transparency International coordinating the Anti-Corruption Education project and an intern of the East Europe Foundation within the USAID Leadership in Economic Governance Program.

Specializes in the regulatory policy of local governments and inventory issues. Is a trainee in the field of suffrage and the electoral process. Has a degree in political science and law areas.

Graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and the Faculty of Law of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Also, is a postgraduate student of the Department of Political Science and now is working on a dissertation on the features and effects of local elections in the Visegrad countries. Graduated from the Eastern European Center for Multiparty Democracy and participated in workshops and seminars on project management and policy analysis.

Has an experience in coordinating and implementing projects in the fields of academic and civic education, science and democracy development. Had an internship in public organizations and local governments, worked in the investment policy department of Lviv Regional State Administration. Teaches at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

She graduated from Ukrainian leadership academy and Ukrainian catholic university "Ethics-Politics-Economics" program. As an exchange student she was studying at international relationship program of Istanbul Bilgi University for one semester. She got her first experience in the filed of analytics in LRH in 2017, when she passed university practice within which she joined one of the LRH project namely "Rating of cities of Lviv region according to the criterion of active using of the Prozorro system. Sales for auctions".

Nowadays, Daryna supports our team by working in the field of analytics and she actively joins to the evaluation of local policies. For instance: issue of working regime of summer terrace, compliance of legislation with the regulatory sphere etc.
